Want to join NorthShore HOG ? - Before you can join any local HOG group, you must first join the national HOG Club. See www.hog.com for details about joining the National HOG Club (comes with many benefits).
After you join the National HOG Club you can join NorthShore HOG in one of three ways:
1) Come to our monthly 'Club meeting'. The monthly 'Club meeting' is on the first Saturday of each month at Northshore Harley-Davidson, 791 W I-10 Service Road, Slidell, Louisiana. A schedule of our club meetings can be found in the Calendar or Events sections of www.northshore.com. At our meeting you can fill-out our membership form and pay the dues for that calendar year (dues through Dec. 31 of that year). Full membership - $15, Associate membership - $5.
2) You should download the Local HOG Membership Form from the Downloads section of this website. Print out the form, fill it out, add a check for your dues, place all of it in a sealed envelope, mark it "HOG - Treasurer" and stop by NorthShore Harley-Davidson at anytime during business hours, and insert into the drop box provided or ask the person at the counter to place it in the HOG mail tray.
3) You can apply by mail. You should download the Local HOG Membership Form from the Downloads section of this website. Print out the form, fill it out and send it along with a check or money order for the dues as mentioned above. The check should be made out to "NorthShore H.O.G." Send your check and application to :

We highly suggest method #1 above.
The NorthShore HOG Forum - This is the only section of the website that is restricted to registered members only and can be accessed though this website or at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/northshorehog in any web browser. Only NorthShore HOG members may apply for Forum registration. They may do this with the form shown below or they can go to the Forum and follow the directions to join the group.
Forum key features:
(1) Messages - This is our main forum and discussion page. Feel free to ask questions, share information, comment or just say hello. Remember to always be nice. We are all friends here.
(2) Files - These are files that can be downloaded that pertain only to The NorthShore HOG Forum.
(3) Photos - Use this section to share some of your pictures with the rest of the group. The webmaster will transfer them to our main Photo Gallery on our website's main Table of Contents. See next paragraph.
(4) Links - An place where helpful internet links may be listed including maps and Chapter Newsletters.
(5) Database - Use this to see who is using what nickname on our forum. If you wish to share your additional info, please send that info to - The Webmaster .
(6) Polls - Presently this feature is not used.
(7) Members - This is a listing of all Northshore HOG Forum registered members. Only Northshore HOG members may become registered forum members.
Photo Gallery - This is our club's photo album. You may submit the pictures you wish to be added to the Photo Galley by adding them to the Photos section of The Northshore HOG Forum. See above (3) Photos. If you have 10 or less pictures to add. For larger numbers, please submit them to the webmaster via CD. The webmaster will transfer them to the Photo Gallery. Higher resolution pictures than what is displayed in the Photo Gallery may be available from The Webmaster upon request.
Ladies of Harley - A special place for LOH members to keep abreast of the latest LOH events.
Calendar - The classical view of all motorcycle events taking place in the area. If you have an event to submit, send it to The Webmaster .
Events - A listing of all motorcycle events taking place in the area. If you have an event to submit, send it to The Webmaster .
Maps - Maps to club rides, events, etc.
Downloads - Files that can downloaded to your computer. Our Newsletters can be downloaded from this location.
Links - A place where helpful internet links may be listed. If you wish to share one of your favorite websites, submit the URL to The Webmaster .
Riding The Rim - A special section dedicated to a project totally conceived and implemented by one of our own (Terry Forrette). In 2007, Terry will tour the USA on his Harley, making speaking engagements along the way to help Save Our Wetlands.
